Hello, this page will tell you a bit about myself and how I operate and hopefully convince you to use my services to create your unique website.
First off, the heading says it all. I work  alone, so you are guaranteed my personal attention to your site. I will not take on extra work if I know I can’t fit it in with my schedule, and will do my utmost to meet completion dates. |
One thing you can be sure of, is that you wont get fobbed off with excuses about your site being held up by ‘another department’. You wont have to be passed on to different people to get answers to your queries, or wait on the end of a phone listening to piped music while the person at the other end tries to find out who is dealing with your order.

Please do not let the above put you off. If you have seen the available examples of my work and browsed this site thouroughly you will see that I am quite capable of creating ane eye catching site for you at a reasonable price.
If you are running a business, club, or organisation I can give you the type of site you require, while looking out for your budget. As long as you let me know what you need, and supply me the content, I’ll have you up and running just the same as any large company.
I will give you advice if needed, on the planning of your site, and will answer any queries you may have while in the preliminary preparation stage.

Any information supplied by you to me will be kept strictly private and will not be passed on to any other individual or organisation for any reason. This includes E-mail addresses.
The data will only be held by me for as long as necessary to complete your site, it will then be removed and no further contact will be initiated by Oneoff Web Design.
In the event that you wish to hire my services for maintaining and updating your website periodically, your personal data may have to be retained for as long as necessary to complete the modifications. In this case, the above statement will still apply.
I do not pass on any personal or business details to any third party without your express permission.

A deposit of £65.00 is required in advance on all websites ordered. The balance will be due on completion.
You will at anytime be able to view progress online from your own PC and instruct me to make any changes you require.
If you wish to retain me for updating of the site at regular intervals you will be invoiced for these as they are completed. Further updates will not be started untill payment for the previous one has been received.
I will take no part in the creation of any website containing illegal, pornographic, or content I consider to be dubious or fraudulent.
All work will remain the copyright of oneoffwebdesign.co.uk until paid for in full, when the copyright will be passed on to the customer ordering the site.

While creating your website I will do all testing on my own webspace. It will be necessary however, for me to be aware of your password and user name to access your webspace when transferring to your domain via FTP (file Transfer Protocol).
There is, unfortunately, no way round this and therefore an element of trust is involved. As soon as you have the site published to your own domain it is a simple process to change these passwords to stop any unauthorised access.
If you require me to do any more work on the site after that, you can simply revert back to the old ones until updates are complete.
Any secure data passed to me will be deleted as soon as it is no longer needed by me. The onus then lies with the customer to make any necessary changes to security.
